2. Privacy policy (GDPR)

We collect only the personal data you provide via the contact form (name, surname, phone, email, subject, message). Data is processed to answer your enquiry and is not shared with third parties except our local operating partner in Indonesia where strictly necessary, always with your explicit consent.

The following processors take part in providing the service: form submissions are processed through our own automation flow (n8n) hosted on our infrastructure; the form is protected against abuse by Google reCAPTCHA (subject to Google's privacy policy and terms of service); and audience measurement is performed with the tools described in section 3.

3. Cookies and analytics

Strictly necessary technical cookies for the basic operation of the site do not require consent. To measure usage we rely on two tools:

• Plausible Analytics: anonymous, aggregated usage statistics, without cookies and without collecting identifiable personal data. As it uses no cookies, it requires no consent.
• Google Analytics 4: helps us understand how the site is navigated. It uses cookies and only activates if you accept the cookie banner. If you reject or ignore it, Google Analytics stays disabled (Consent Mode v2). You can revoke your choice at any time by clearing your browser cookies.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

All content (text, images, graphics, code) is property of Arunadamai or its respective authors. Reproduction in whole or part is prohibited without express authorisation.
